On August 25, 2012, the first day of school in Baltimore, Maryland, a 15 year old child shot another child at Perry Hall High School. The victim has survived. The shooter is incarcerated. What is interesting about this sad story is the shooter had been relentlessly bullied in school, and fellow students and teachers knew it! Some human beings with limited coping capabiliies will reach a point where they will begin to lash out, become angry, mentally snap, and do something that harms others and themself. This is a sad tradgedy that has happened again. When will teachers and administrators be held accountable for ignoring bullying? How can we trust out children with school administrators and teachers?
